All Sales Are Final

All Fliteboard products purchased through Glyde Watersports are final sale. In accordance with Fliteboard's United States Purchase Agreement, no returns or refunds will be accepted on any Fliteboard product. This policy applies to all eFoil systems, boards, wings, Flitecells, spare parts, accessories, and apparel.

Please ensure that the Fliteboard configuration you select meets your needs before completing your purchase. Our team is here to help you choose the right setup — we encourage you to take advantage of our demo rides and consultations before buying.


Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order prior to shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.


Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery

If your Fliteboard product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs and a description of the damage. We will work directly with Fliteboard and its logistics partners to resolve the issue.

Fliteboard Limited Manufacturer Warranty

All new Fliteboard products purchased through Glyde Watersports are backed by Fliteboard's 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, effective from the date your product ships. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial (recreational) use.

What's Covered

Fliteboard will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, supply a replacement, or cover the cost of repair for any valid warranty claim involving a defect in materials or workmanship.

Key Conditions

  • The product must be purchased directly from Glyde Watersports
  • The product must be registered with Fliteboard (via the Flite App or directly with Fliteboard) after purchase.
  • All routine maintenance outlined in the Fliteboard User Manual must be performed in a timely manner to maintain warranty coverage.
  • Replacement parts installed outside the original warranty period carry a separate 6-month warranty from the date of installation.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to, among other exclusions:

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, chips, discoloration, fading, or corrosion of surface finishes
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage or transportation, or failure to follow the User Manual
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-Fliteboard-approved accessories
  • Products used for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose (including occasional commercial use)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Claims made more than two months after the defect was discovered or reasonably should have been discovered

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Glyde Watersports: Reach out to our team with a description of the issue, along with photos and/or video.
  2. Assessment: We will work with you and Fliteboard to evaluate the claim remotely via photos and video. Fliteboard makes all final warranty determinations.
  3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, Fliteboard will repair, replace, or cover the cost of repair at its discretion. The owner is responsible for transportation charges to deliver the product for inspection or repair.
  4. Denied claims: If a claim is not accepted, you will be responsible for collecting or arranging return of the product at your own cost.

Warranty Transfer

The unexpired portion of the Fliteboard Limited Manufacturer Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner, subject to Fliteboard's approval. Warranty transfer does not apply to products that have been salvaged or declared a total loss.


Commercial Use

Fliteboard's Limited Manufacturer Warranty is void for any product used for commercial or revenue-generating purposes. If you plan to use Fliteboard products in a commercial setting (rentals, tours, lessons, etc.), please contact us directly to discuss your options.
