What’s new in Flite Series 6
-
Two headline additions: RACE (precision-engineered for racing speed) and ULTRA L3 (designed for responsive wave riding). Learn more about RACE in our Blog.
-
Clearer lineup naming: the 100L Fliteboard is now called ICON, making the range easier to navigate by riding style.
-
Soft Top 2 construction: a thermoform outer skin around a fiberglass core for improved impact protection, with more color options, available on ICON and PRO.
-
Refined ergonomics: ICON and PRO now include recessed handles and a smaller, cleaner top profile (lid).
- New colors: Sky, Jade, Sol and Sabbia are just a few of the new color offerings, lifting the color pallete across the Carbon, Soft Top 2, and Inflatable range.

Choose your Series 6 ride
Below is a progressive snapshot from beginner→expert. If you want help, we can recommend a build after a quick call.
Flitescooter (kid-friendly, balanced)
Flitescooter is the best option for first-timers, with removable handlebars to ride as a traditional eFoil later on.
AIR (durable, approachable)
Flite AIR uses rigid inflatable construction designed to be easy to transport and durable for day-to-day use.
ICON (most versatile, replacing Fliteboard)
ICON is positioned as the all-purpose option, designed to work for a wide range of experience levels and riding styles.
PRO (agile performance)
PRO is more agile and responsive than ICON, while remaining more forgiving than ULTRA L3. It’s a strong fit for riders with boardsports experience and those who want a more performance-focused feel. We feel that it is the best balance for most riders looking to progress.
ULTRA L3 (carving king)
ULTRA L3 is built around responsiveness and agility, with details designed for wave/wake riding, including an integrated tail kicker and optimized mast positioning for quick transitions and deeper carves.
RACE (top speed)
RACE is described by Flite as its fastest setup, with reported top speeds of 34 mph when configured with the Race impeller on Jet 2 and a fully charged Explore battery. Developed with Mercury Racing's performance engineering and cool factor.
